ویتامین دی ویتامین ضروری جهت حفظ سلامت استخوان هاست. کمبود یا مقادیر بیش از حد این ویتامین بدن را متوجه عوارض خطرناکی می کند. برای اطلاعات بیشتر در مورد این ویتامین تا انتهای مقاله با ما همراه باشید.

ویتامین دی، ویتامینی محلول در چربی هست. این ویتامین به بدن جهت جذب کلسیم و فسفر کمک میکند.

مقادیر کافی از ویتامین دی، کلسیم و فسفر برای ساخت و قوی نگه داشتن استخوان ها ضروری هست.

ویتامین دی جهت درمان و پیشگیری از بیماری های استخوانی استفاده می شود. وقتی پوست در معرض آفتاب قرار میگیرد این ویتامین در بدن تولید میشود.

از ویتامین دی به همراه کلسیم برای جلوگیری یا درمان پوکی استخوان استفاده میشود.

گاهی اوقات ویتامین دی به همراه داروهای دیگر نیز تجویز میشود تا سطح کاهش یافته از فسفر یا کلسیم ایجاد شده متعاقب برخی بیماری هارا جبران کند. بیماری هایی مانند هایپوپاراتیروئیدیسم، سودوهایپوپاراتیروئیدیسم وهایپوفسفاتمیا.

ویتامین دی همچنین در بیماری های کلیوی تجویز میشود تا سطح کلسیم نرمال بماند و رشد استخوان ها به طور طبیعی انجام شود.

قطره های ویتامین دی به نوزادان شیرخوار نیز تجویز میشود. زیرا اغلب شیر مادر سطح پایینی از این ویتامین را دارد.

چگونه ویتامین دی را مصرف کنیم؟

  • مقدار مصرف این ویتامین بایستی حتما بعد از آزمایش و زیر نظر پزشک تعیین شود. اگر آن را بعد از غذا مصرف کنید، جذب بهتری دارد.
  • اگر پزشک رژیم غذایی خاصی (مانند رژیم غنی از کلسیم) را برای شما تجویز کرده، حتما انجام دهید. چون پیروی از این رژیم باعث بهره مندی بهتر از ویتامین دی و کاهش عوارض میشود.
  • به همراه این ویتامین از سایر مکمل و ویتامین ها خوسرانه و بدون مشورت با دکتر پرهیز کنید.
  • برخی دارو ها مانند کلستیرامین، روغن های معدنی، ارلیستات و… باعث کاهش جذب ویتامین دی میشوند. این داروها را با طولانی تریم فاصله زمانی با این ویتامین مصرف کنید. حداقل 2 ساعت زمان بگذارید.

عوارض ویتامین دی 3

این ویتامین در دوز نرمال عارضه خاصی ندارد. اگر عارضه خاصی مشاهده کردید حتما با پزشک یا داروسازخود مشورت کنید.

در صورت مصرف مقادیر بیش از حد نیاز، سطح کلسیم به طور خطرناکی بالا میرود.

در صورت مشاهده هر یک از علائم زیر که به علت سطح بالای کلسیم یا ویتامین دی ایجاد میشود، حتما با پزشک مشورت کنید:

  • تهوع، استفراغ
  • یبوست
  • از دست دادن اشتها
  • تشنگی شدید
  • دفع ادرار بیش از حد
  • تغییرات خلق و خو
  • خستگی غیر عادی

واکنش های آلرژیک نسبت به این ویتامین نادر هست. با اینحال اگر علائم واکنش های آلرژیک را داشتید حتما پیگیری کنید. این علائم شامل:

  • بثورات پوستی
  • خارش و تورم به خصوص در صورت، زبان و گلو
  • گیجی شدید
  • سختی تنفس

تداخل دارویی با ویتامین دی

تداخل دارویی ممکن است عملکرد داروی شما را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. همچنین ممکن است باعث افزایش ریسک بروز عوارض جانبی شود. در زیر برخی از داروهای دارای تداخل با ویتامین دی آورده شده است:

  • داروهای ضد اسید
  • ملین ها
  • ویتامین ها (زیرا ممکن است این ویتامین ها حاوی کلسیم، منیزیوم، فسفات یا ویتامین دی باشند.)
  • ویتامین دی شباهت زیادی به کلسیتریول دارد. پس اگر ویتامین دی مصرف میکنید همزمان از داروی حاوی کلسیتریول استفاده نکنید.

  • برخی لبنیات غنی شده
  • تخم مرغ
  • ماهی ساردین
  • روغن کبد ماهی
  • کبد جوجه
  • ماهی چرب

اگر مصرف یک نوبت ویتامین دی فراموش شد، چکار کنیم؟

اگر مصرف یک نوبت را فراموش کردید، به محض اینکه به یاد آوردید، بخورید. اما اگر دوز فراموش شده به زمان مصرف نوبت بعدی، نزدیک است، دوز فراموش شده را مصرف نکنید.

شرایط نگهداری

در دمای اتاق نگهداری شود. از دسترس کودکان و حیوانات خانگی دور شود.
